I believe our societal values should be upheld with high regards as it concerns the development of our society. This may not be an issue well pronounced in our society,thereby resulting to the negligence of government to put in place platforms and strategies to regulate and eventually bring to an end this negative vice in our society. Guess what I consider to be this negative vice?
